Made to order

Every piece is produced when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which is why we can offer the range and sizes we do — and why dispatch takes a little longer than a stock-holding shop.

Timing

Production: 2–7 business days.
Transit: added on top, and depends on the carrier and your address.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin production the next business day. Busy periods can extend production times; if that happens we will tell you.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and what is in your bag. You will see the exact amount before you pay — we do not add anything afterwards. Any free-shipping offer that applies to your order is shown in your bag.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want something, email kaluchiewearshop@gmail.com and we will tell you whether we can get it to you.

More than one parcel

We work with more than one production partner. If your order contains items made in different facilities, they will arrive separately, sometimes a few days apart, at no extra cost to you. You will get tracking for each parcel. A part-delivery is not a missing order.

Tracking

You will get an email with tracking as soon as each parcel leaves the facility. It is also in your account under Orders.

If something goes wrong

If tracking says delivered and you do not have it, give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early — then email kaluchiewearshop@gmail.com with your order number and we will open a trace.

We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped. If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately: if the item has not gone into production we can usually fix it.
