What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Our payment provider collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number.

If you sign up for drops or a restock alert: your email address, and a record of when and where you gave consent.

Automatically: IP address, browser, and pages visited, through server logs and any analytics we enable.

Why we use it

• To fulfil your order. We cannot produce or ship without it.
• To contact you about that order — confirmation, dispatch, tracking, refunds.
• To send marketing, only if you asked for it. Every send has a working unsubscribe link.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• To meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Our pieces are produced and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners. To send you an order we pass your name, delivery address and order contents to the partner producing it. They may only use it to fulfil your order.

We also share data with the services that make the store work: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email provider, and our hosting provider.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email kaluchiewearshop@gmail.com. We may need to keep order records after a deletion request where the law requires it.
