Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Kaluchie Wear LLC, 6201 Windhaven Pkwy, Apt #3223, Plano, Texas 75093, United States (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at kaluchiewearshop@gmail.com. These terms govern your purchase.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece cannot be produced, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.

Made to order

Pieces are produced after you order. Once an item has entered production we may not be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Pricing errors

If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell it at that price. We will contact you, and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Colour and finish

Screens vary, and printed garments carry small natural variations in placement and tone. A minor difference between what you saw and what arrives is normal and is not a fault. A misprint is, and we will replace it.

Returns

Our returns policy forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Kaluchie name, the lion and crown marks, the damask pattern and all imagery on this site belong to us. Buying a piece does not transfer any of that.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
